Götterdämmerung has arrived!

TRONDHEIM SAGEN story

After the expansion of the Northern Axis beyond its centuries old borders, the powers of the South, East and West combined against them. For many winters a crazy war spread throughout the Arctic Lands: millions of dead, thousands of square kilometres devastated by cannon fire or poisonous gases. They were all balanced on the edge of defeat when, incredibly, an enormous enemy airship crashed right in heart of the Nordic Axis.
How had it been able to overcome the defences? What was it trying to achieve? Questions to which the Crown of Trondheim wanted an answer, whatever the cost. So an expedition was organised to recover the wreck and the secret documents it contained. During this mission the crew of the airship Jarg were forced to deal with subterfuges of the Secret Service TSS and the adverse desires of the Gods of War. Ambiguous actions forced Captain Birger to head for a secret base with a reputation described in worrying stories that sounded more like myths from the past than rational modern thinking. Here they found a diary

“How beautiful you are, my child! Do you want some trinkets? I have one to your taste!” “Are you talking to me, you filthy goat? Have you drunk too much or are you tired of living? Get out of here before I sever what you think you have between your thighs, if ever there is anything at all!”

“Quanto siete bella, bambina mia! Volete qualche ninnolo?

Blood and honor to those who take my side, because not for the bard, the warrior, the nobleman or the King it is necessary to raise the shields, but for those who are dear to us!

TRONDHEIM SAGEN

ENG

The fourth standalone Dieselpunk novel in the “Thunder and Steel” series.

Kelda is an ambitious, valiant woman, tormented by her addiction to alcohol. Ymir is a dragon so violent and perverse that he was disowned by his own kind. Together, they form the most dysfunctional and lethal alliance in the Northern skies.

When a decades-long war tightens its grip on the protectorate of Rost, the invaders believe they will find a defenseless people. They will learn at their own expense that instead of airplanes, tanks, and flying ships, Rost deploys armored dragons. Kelda and Ymir plunge into the burning skies to defend the kingdom, distinguishing themselves through sheer ferocity and valor.

Yet, this brutal conflict between nations is nothing but a distraction. Hidden within the fog of war lies a millennial, arcane entità — an evil believed to be extinct that has been gathering power in the shadows for centuries. Faced with a threat capable of annihilating the entire world, Kelda and the Dragon Riders will discover that the iron and fire of technology might not be enough to win the final clash.

Did you really brag about killing me? So why am I still here? You couldn’t even scratch my breastplate with that awl you call a sword. You can’t wield anything other than a baker’s shovel. At least go to the Schola and learn the art of fencing!

TRONDHEIM SAGEN

“You are beautiful, lady! For you I would lay siege to a city for decades!” “I am not a maiden, but a woman of the North! Spare your armies, much less would suffice for that purpose, were you not slimy, arrogant, and boastful. In short, if it weren’t you, I would have taken you to my bed this very evening!”

TRONDHEIM SAGEN

“Siete bellissima, fanciulla!
